Nowadays nearly everybody could benefit from professional mental health support. Especially individuals that experience high social pressure. Unfortunately, those services are financially not available for the most of the population.

Qualitative Research
In my Interview sessions with five individuals, I have discovered that talking to people helps to relieve stress. The interviewees stated that simply talking is highly beneficial for their mental well-being.
Lo-Fi & Mid-Fi Sketches
The focus In the ideation phase lied on to have a intuitive conversation with the AI. Just from talking to the virtual therapist, the user should get a better understanding about themselves.
