The majoity of participants seemed to not care much about brand reputation in the first place. It is more important what ingredients are used and how effective they actually are.


Heuristic Evaluation
This Framework really helped me to pinpoint every area on the prior design which was given to me from the client. During this I ran several 5 second tests to get impressions on the design. The results where that this would not look like an onlineshop, overall a too artsy look and feel and too spaced out design.

Provisional Persona
Created based on research insights and findings, this persona aims to represent a nutrition aware and knowledgeable customer segment. This artifact helped me to remind that the user needs a concise description of supplements.

Brands in this segment tend to communicate health, well-being and natural vibes with earth toned colours. A kind of closeness to the nature due to natural ingredients plays a important role in the visual language.
